BHOPAL | PAYTM PAYMENT BANK की मंजूरी मिलने के बाद पेटीएम की तरफ से जारी की गई आमसूचना ने लोगों को कंफ्यूज कर दिया था। पेटीएम का PUBLIC NOTICE कुछ इस तरह से समझ आया कि वॉलेट बंद हो जाएगा और पेटीएम पैमेंट बैंक शुरू होगा। जो पैसे वॉलेट में हैं वो बैंक में चले जाएंगे और बैंक से वापस अपने पैसे पाने के लिए बड़े जतन करने पड़ेंगे। परंतु ऐसा नहीं होगा। पेटीएम ने BHOPALSAMACHAR.COM को बताया है कि ग्राहकों को कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ेगा। सबकुछ अपने आप हो जाएगा। ग्राहक पेटीएम का यूज वैसे ही करते रहेंगे जैसे वो अब तक करते आ रहे हैं।
पेटीएम की ओर से उदित जोशी ने भोपाल समाचार डॉट कॉम को बताया कि भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक के दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार, जिन पेटीएम वॉलेट खातों को अब तक वन 97 कम्युनिकेशंस लिमिटेड द्वारा जारी किया गया था उन्हें जल्द ही नईनिगमित पेटीएम पैमेंट बैंक के द्वारा जारी किए गए पेटीएम वॉलेट खातों में स्थानांतरित कर दिया जाएगा। यह अपने आप ही हो जाएगा, और पेटीएम उपयोगकर्ताओं को कुछ भी अतिरिक्त करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। पेटीएम ग्राहक उनके मौजूदा पेटीएम वॉलेट से जुड़े लाभों का आनंद लेना जारी रखेंगे। पेटीएम वॉलेट उपयोगकर्ताओं के लिए लॉग इन विवरण, वॉलेट बेलेन्स और उपयोगकर्ता अनुभव कुछ भी नहीं बदलेगा।
पेटीएम पैमेंट बैंक जल्द ही बैंक खाते, चेकबुक और डेबिट कार्ड जैसे अतिरिक्त लाभ लाएगा। इसके अलावा, ग्राहक उनके खाते में उपलब्ध पैसे पर ब्याज कमाएंगे। पेटीएम वॉलेट में संग्रहित धन पूरी तरह से सुरक्षित रहेगा।
Paytm Wallet users will soon enjoy additional benefits through their Paytm Payments Bank Account
As per RBI guidelines, Paytm Wallet accounts, which were till now issued by One97 Communications Limited will soon be transferred into Paytm Wallet accounts issued by the newly incorporated Paytm Payments Bank. This will happen automatically, and Paytm users do not need to do anything additional. Paytm customers will continue to enjoy all the benefits associated with their existing Paytm Wallet. Nothing will change for Paytm Wallet users, including the log in details, wallet balance and user experience.
Paytm Payments Bank will soon bring additional benefits such as a bank account, chequebook and a debit card. In addition, the customers will earn interest on the money available in their account. Money stored in the Paytm Wallet will continue to be absolutely safe.
