भोपाल। राजधानी में ब्रॉडबैंक कनेक्शन उपलब्ध कराने वाली कंपनी Airtel से एक समाजसेविका तंग आ गईं हैं। उन्होंने एक ब्रॉडबैंक कनेक्शन के लिए अप्लाई किया था, लेकिन अब अपना सर पीट रहीं हैं। आप खुद पढ़िए उनका यह शिकायती ईमेल:
Dear friends,
Kindly study the following documents.
Airtel Wi-Fi connection - for Tel No. 0755-4225830, in Bhopal:
1. Takes 5 months advance payment, (Activation Fee Report attached)
2. Does not give connection till 20 days, (Installation/Billing Commencement Report attached)
3. WI-Fi does not work, so is requested to be disconnect by written application on 24/08/2015 (Application attached)
4. Does not disconnect till date - 7/09/2015 (You may dial the number and check - it is still operational).
5. Multiple complaints made to Airtel authorities and Bharti Ombudperson. (Copies attached)
6. The client is harassed by continuous calls and threats to 'No Refund'. (Records available)
Please circulate, print and publicize as much as you can.
