ग्राहकों का मासिक बिल कम करने के लिए TATA SKY ने यह फैसला लिया
टाटा स्काई ने 15 जून से 70 लाख उपभोक्ताओं के चैनल व पैक में कटौती करने का फैसला किया है। इसके जरिए कंपनी उन उपभोक्ताओं को बनाए रखना चाहती है जिनका महीने का बिल 350 रुपये या उससे कम है। इन उपभोक्ताओं का कहना था कि वे इस खर्च को वहन करने की स्थिति में नहीं हैं। ऐसे में कंपनी ने मासिक बिल में कमी करने का फैसला किया है। उनके कुछ पैक और चैनल हटा दिए जाएंगे।

This exercise has proven to be quite beneficial and we have now started to recover our losses.
