Summer Vacation arrangement for hearing urgent matter
आपातकालीन एवं अत्यावश्यक मामलों की सुनवाई मध्य प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय जबलपुर मुख्य पीठ में हो सकती है। इसके लिए डेटशीट घोषित कर दी गई है। मई के महीने में 17, 19, 23, 26, 30 और जून के महीने में 2, 6 एवं 9 तारीख को सुनवाई होगी।
If for any unavoidable reason, any Hon’ble Judge is not available to preside over a Bench on the scheduled date(s), the cases to be listed before that Bench will be allotted to other vacation Judge available on that day.
During the vacation period, urgent Civil or Criminal Matters which are required to be heard by a Division Bench, shall be placed before a Division Bench comprising the senior sitting Judge and other available member, on a particular day.
If, on any date, no Division Bench is available then Division Bench matters will be listed before the Division Bench available on the same date at Bench at Indore or at Bench Gwalior and will be heard through virtual mode.
